  • Assistance with, and lodgement of all official paperwork with Births, Deaths and Marriages.
  • A stylised ceremony that suits your needs.
  • The use of a PA system and signing table with chairs, if required.
  • Request official marriage certificate document from BDM for purpose of name change after marriage.
  • Prompt replies to your email and phone enquiries.
  • The opportunity to involve family and friends in your ceremony if you wish.

There's nothing more enjoyable than gathering together the people you love, to celebrate life's special events, and for me, it's a great honour to play a part in composing and enabling such occassions.

 I appreciate what couples deal with when planning a wedding, no matter what the size, so it’s my aim to make the legal paperwork and the ceremony stress-free.  I’ll guide you through the process in a relaxed manner with minimal stress, while fulfilling all legal requirements. 

I have a deep respect for a broad cross-section of cultural backgrounds, and I feel it is important to integrate the associated customs into a ceremony that will reflect  your values and honour your beliefs. Traditional custodians of the land can also be acknowledged and included in the ceremony, if you wish.

Having a civil ceremony, conducted by a marriage celebrant, allows you as a couple to be flexible with your choices.  You can create your own format for the wedding, or be guided by me.  You can be married on a beach, in a private home or yard, in a park or a reception venue. You are also welcome to write your own vows, or choose from my personal collection of vows, readings and blessings. 

Now that same-sex marriages are a reality in our country, I am privileged to enable the further commitment of so many couples.
